The
students will be tested on
"The Act of Love on Thursday. February 7. We will discuss Lent
and will be learning about the dearth and resurrectin of Jesus Christ. |
 
Reading/
Language Arts
We
will read "The Big, Blue Whale"
in our reader. I
am
going to put the snowman stories in the permanent
writing portfolios, because everyone did such an awesome job on them.
Study
everybody's name. Make valentines and boxes |
Math
The
children need to know the 9X tables for a
quiz on Thursday. This
week we will work on st |
Science
The human body is our big topic. The students
will do a heart journal. we will sing the song about
smoking. Some of you know how it has changed my life in that my
sister died of lung cancer at 58. We will assemble our bodies with
organs. |
Social
Studies
The
children are doing a fine job working on
program ! I think you are going to enjoy it. We will study
goverment next. We will also going to learn a song called "Nifty
Fifty United Stated". |
 
Reminders
Here's wishing you a Happy Valentine's Day! Thank you to everyone
coming to help with our party or sending treats. These
